Jay Z and Beyonce kicked off 2016 in a BIG way... at a turnt up beach bash in the Dominican Republic.
The two showed up at the Case de Campo beach party around 3am to check out the late night fireworks and meet up with Marc Anthony.  They stayed for a few hours ... so it was definitely an all nighter
